I’m ready to launch a UK-focused online shop that will sell physical goods on a dropshipping basis, and I want the whole experience built around the Folksy platform. The core task is to turn my concept and branding into a fully functioning storefront that is ready to take orders from day one.

Your work will cover everything from setting up the Folksy account and customising the theme to integrating suppliers, payment gateways and UK-specific shipping rules. My priority is a clean, responsive design that matches my brand palette and makes checkout friction-free on mobile as well as desktop. Although I’ve chosen Folksy, I’m happy to hear practical suggestions drawn from your experience with comparable platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento if they can solve a particular challenge more elegantly—ultimately the site must live on Folksy, but I’m open to clever work-arounds and plug-ins that improve user experience.

Key deliverables:
• Configure and brand the Folksy storefront, including navigation and product categories
• Import an initial catalogue from my chosen dropshipping suppliers and set up automated inventory syncing
• Implement secure payments and UK VAT settings
• Define shipping zones, rates and returns workflow suitable for a domestic audience
• Test the full purchase journey and provide me with a brief hand-off guide so I can manage products and orders myself

The build should be SEO-friendly from the outset, load quickly for visitors across the UK and comply with GDPR. If you’ve built dropshipping stores before—especially on niche or handmade-friendly platforms—please mention it along with links to live examples. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right partner and look forward to seeing what you can do.
