FMB PDF to AutoCAD Subdivisions

I have an FMB map supplied only as a PDF and I need it redrawn in AutoCAD. The finished DWG must replicate every line, curve and annotation found on the PDF, but organised more cleanly: put all Land information on its own dedicated layer so future edits stay tidy.

Please divide the property exactly as shown on the source and calculate the area of each resulting subdivision. Show the measurements on-screen inside each plot and include a simple table summarising plot numbers and their areas so I can check totals at a glance.

Deliverables
• One .dwg file (AutoCAD 2018 or later) with Land on a separate layer
• A table or schedule inside that drawing listing every subdivision and its computed area

I will verify by overlaying your file on the original PDF; lines should align perfectly and summed areas must match the overall parcel size.
