I have an AI-generated concept that now needs the experienced hand of a CAD designer. The goal is to turn the raw design into a file I can use for prototyping, whether that means sending it straight to a 3-D printer or handing it off for small-batch injection molding.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Clean up and fully define the geometry so it’s manufacturable, adding any necessary draft angles, fillets, ribs, or parting lines.
• Advise on – and ultimately export – the best file format. I’m not sure whether STL, STEP, IGES or something else will be ideal, so your guidance here is important.
• Optimise the model for silicone as the working material, keeping wall thickness, shrinkage and tooling considerations in mind.

I’ll supply the current AI design file (OBJ and images) as soon as we start. I’m happy to iterate together until the file loads error-free in common slicers and passes a quick DfM check for a basic aluminum mold.
