FlutterFlow School Management Website -- 2

I need a full-featured student management website built entirely in FlutterFlow. The project is for a school, so the interface must feel friendly, simple to navigate, and work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Core scope
• Attendance tracking – daily check-in/out screens for teachers, real-time status for admins, and historical reports.
• Grade reporting – input forms for instructors, automatic averaging, and a clean dashboard where students and parents can review results.
• Parent communication – secure messaging that lets teachers send notices or upload documents, with push/email alerts enabled.

I will provide the basic branding assets and user roles; everything else—from Firestore schema and authentication to responsive UI and deployment—should be handled inside the same FlutterFlow project so I can continue iterating after hand-over.

Acceptance criteria
• Project delivered as a shareable FlutterFlow workspace with clean component naming.
• All three features fully tested with sample data.
• Clear hand-off notes covering setup, custom actions (if any), and environment variables.
