I’m building a mobile-first hiring platform that launches in Kuwait and is designed to scale across the wider region. The goal is to connect talent of all professional levels with companies through a clean, modern, youth-oriented interface that feels nothing like a social network.

Job-seeker experience
• Account creation with experience and education fields, plus mandatory Skills and CV upload and an optional Portfolio / project showcase section.
• Powerful search and filtering for full-time, part-time, and freelance or one-time roles, followed by a streamlined application flow.
• Real-time status updates and acceptance or rejection notifications delivered through RallyUp push / in-app alerts.

Employer experience
• Branded company profile that can publish and manage multiple vacancies.
• A smart-matching engine surfaces best-fit candidates automatically, while an internal dashboard lets hiring teams review, shortlist, and progress applicants.

Platform foundations
We start with iOS and Android apps, backed by an admin panel and an API that can grow as we add countries. The UI must remain lightweight, intuitive, and quick to localise for future regional expansion.

Deliverables
1. Clickable high-fidelity designs that match the outlined UX.
2. Production-ready iOS and Android apps plus a web-based employer/admin dashboard.
3. Deployed backend (auth, matching algorithm, notifications, file storage) with documentation.
4. Post-launch support for the first hiring cycle to ensure everything runs smoothly.
