FlutterFlow + Mux Live Streaming with Guest Host Feature

We need an experienced FlutterFlow developer to integrate Mux live streaming into an existing app. Playback is already implemented — the focus is building out the full live room experience, including host controls, viewer participation, and a guest-host request system with no fixed limit on guest hosts.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with FlutterFlow (editor-level proficiency)
- Hands-on experience with Mux live streaming APIs
- Familiarity with real-time video/room services (Mux Real-Time, Agora, LiveKit, or similar)
- Ability to work within an existing FlutterFlow project structure without breaking current functionality
- Understanding of real-time state management for live room interactions

Deliverables:
- Host flow: ability to start and manage a live stream from within the app
- Viewer flow: viewers can join and watch the live stream in real time
- Guest-host request system: any viewer can request to join as a guest host; host can approve requests
- No hard limit on the number of guest hosts in a session
- Clean integration with the existing messaging and playback setup already in place
- Stable, tested implementation ready for production use

Work Arrangement:
This is a fixed-scope integration task. You will be added as a collaborator on the FlutterFlow project once engaged. Please outline your approach to the guest co-hosting layer (e.g., which real-time service you recommend alongside Mux) in your proposal.

About the project:
This is an existing social/messaging app built in FlutterFlow with voice notes and video playback already integrated — we are now expanding it with a full live streaming room feature powered by Mux.
