Flutter Taxi App Full Setup

I already own the “MyTaxi – Complete Flutter Taxi App” from CodeCanyon and now I want it running in production. The job covers everything from server-side installation to publishing live builds on Google Play.

Branding
The app must ship with my new name, fresh logo, and updated colour palette—those three elements are ready for you as design assets and HEX codes.

Server & Admin Panel
The PHP/Laravel admin panel needs to be installed on my own hosting (not AWS or Google Cloud). I’ll provide full cPanel/SSH access.

Backend Services
• Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Messaging)
• Google Maps API & billing setup
• A payment gateway of my choice—once we talk through options I’ll confirm which one to wire up

Mobile Build & Release
Compile both the User and Driver Flutter apps with the new package IDs, run internal testing, then publish compliant AABs to my Google Play Console. Everything must pass store review without issues.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
1. Admin panel reachable via HTTPS and fully functional
2. User and Driver apps reskinned with the supplied branding
3. Firebase, Maps and payment gateway working end-to-end (ride request to payment capture)
4. Approved listings on Google Play plus signed AABs/apk, source code and keystores handed over
5. A short hand-off document summarising environment variables and any future update steps

You’ll need solid Flutter/Dart skills, familiarity with Android Studio, Firebase Console, Google Cloud APIs and typical payment SDK integration. Timing is flexible but I’d like to move quickly once assets and credentials are shared.
