Rent-a-Boyfriend Web & iOS

I’m building an “online rental boyfriend” service and need it available both as a responsive website and as a dedicated iOS app. The goal is a seamless experience where users can browse available boyfriends, complete bookings, and manage their accounts from either channel without noticing a difference in speed, design language, or feature set.

Scope of work
• Design and develop a public-facing website that works elegantly on desktop and mobile browsers.
• Build a native (or performant cross-platform) iOS application that mirrors the website’s core functions.
• Provide a shared backend (API, database, admin dashboard) so new features or policy changes propagate instantly to both clients.
• Implement secure authentication, profile management, and real-time communication between users and rented partners.
• Integrate a straightforward booking and payment flow with receipts, cancellations, and basic dispute handling baked in.

Deliverables & acceptance
1. Production-ready website deployed on my domain and cloud host of choice.
2. Approved iOS app uploaded to TestFlight and prepared for App Store submission.
3. Source code (frontend, backend, and infrastructure scripts) handed over via Git repository, fully documented.
4. Brief video or written walkthrough demonstrating user sign-up, profile browsing, booking, and payment completion on both platforms.

Tech stack is flexible, but I’m leaning toward React (web), Swift or React Native (iOS), and a Node/Express or Laravel backend—open to your recommendation if you can justify the choice for scalability and maintainability. Continuous deployment, automated tests, and clean, well-commented code will weigh heavily in my final review.

Timeline is important to me, so please outline realistic milestones and the percentage of the total work you plan to deliver at each stage.
