Flutter Rental App + React Admin Panel (Android & iOS)

We are building a full-stack mobile rental/booking application for Android and iOS, paired with a web-based admin panel. We need an experienced team or freelancer who has delivered similar end-to-end projects before and can take ownership of the full build.

Requirements:
- Proven experience building Flutter apps for both Android and iOS
- Strong backend skills in Node.js or Laravel for REST API development
- Frontend experience with React or Vue for the admin panel
- Razorpay payment gateway integration experience
- Firebase push notification setup
- Experience building rental, ecommerce, or booking-style apps
- Ability to share references or portfolio of past similar projects

Deliverables:
- Flutter mobile app (Android + iOS) with:
- Home feed with categories and product cards
- Product detail and booking/rental flow
- Cart and Razorpay checkout
- Order tracking with status updates
- Promo/coupon code support
- Node.js or Laravel REST API backend
- React or Vue admin panel including:
- Product and inventory management
- Order management
- Coupon and abandoned cart views
- GST fields, cost price, supplier data
- Basic profit reporting per order
- Firebase push notifications integrated
- Clean, non-technical UI for admin panel suitable for a business owner

Work Arrangement:
This is a fixed-scope project. We expect a detailed proposal with timeline, tech stack confirmation, and references from similar past builds. Milestone-based delivery preferred.

This is a rental business platform targeting Indian customers, requiring a polished customer-facing app and a powerful but simple backend management system that a non-technical owner can operate daily.
