Manufacturing Inventory Management App

I need a single system that lets our production floor and office teams stay in sync on inventory. The core requirement is one code-base that ships as an Android app for tablet/phone use on the shop floor and a desktop build that staff can run in the office (web or lightweight desktop client—open to your recommendation).

Key features I must see from the first release
• Real-time stock tracking so every adjustment, receipt, and issue is reflected instantly for all users.
• Automatic notifications whenever any item hits a predefined minimum level so we can reorder before shortages slow production.

Barcode scanning is not a launch-day essential, but the database and API design should leave room to bolt it on later without a rewrite.
