​I am looking for an experienced Flutter & Laravel developer to perform complete deployment, Play Store publishing, and specific feature customizations for my short video app based on the Shortzz (CodeCanyon) script.
​Scope of Work:
​Full Setup & Deployment:
​VPS Server (Ubuntu) configuration with Hostinger, MySQL Database, and FFmpeg setup.
​Laravel Admin Panel installation and API endpoint configuration.
​Compiling Flutter app and testing live build.
​Customizations Required:
​Custom CDN & Storage API: Integrate Bunny.net Stream / S3 API endpoints into Laravel & Flutter for video delivery and storage.
​Client-Side Video & Image Caching: Implement disk caching (e.g., cached_video_player_plus & cached_network_image) with a local cache limit to prevent redundant bandwidth consumption on video replays.
​In-Feed Native Ads: Integrate AdMob Native/Interstitial video ads inside the Reels and Posts feed (Instagram/Facebook style).
​Play Store Publishing:
​Build signed App Bundle (AAB), set up app listing, privacy policy link, and publish the app live on Google Play Store.
