I already have an in-house email-sending tool paired with a verification platform. Before we scale further, I want a fresh set of expert eyes to confirm that everything is configured exactly as it should be and to tighten up any loose ends you spot.

Here is what I expect:

• A thorough review of the current sending application—server settings, DKIM/SPF/DMARC alignment, bounce and complaint handling, throttling rules, and any other factors that influence inbox placement.
• Confirmation that the verification platform is running flawlessly and catching invalid or risky addresses without slowing campaigns down.
• Clear, actionable fixes applied immediately where issues are found, plus concise notes explaining what was changed so I can trace the logic later.

You are free to suggest enhancements such as advanced tracking, automated follow-ups, or refreshed templates if you notice quick wins, but the top priority is getting the core setup and the verifier 100 % correct.

Once completed, I’d like a short hand-off document (or screen-share recording) summarizing the checks performed, settings adjusted, and practical next steps to keep the system healthy.
