Flutter GPS Tracker App Development

I want a clean, production-ready GPS tracker built with Flutter and Firebase that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The app should do four core things for me:

• Show my device’s position in real time on Google Maps.
• Trigger push notifications when it enters or exits a defined geofence.
• Store and replay route history by date and time, including associated speed data.
• Let me log in with a simple username-and-password flow and operate with a single Admin role.

You’ll receive the hardware protocol and open-source firmware already published on GitHub, so you can focus on decoding its packets and pushing them to Firebase in real time. I also need:

• Full, well-commented Flutter source code.
• All Firebase rules, indexes, and Cloud Function code (if any).
• A concise setup guide that lets me rebuild, rebrand, and publish the app to the App Store and Google Play without guesswork.

Submission is complete when the app passes TestFlight and internal Play Store testing, displays live data from my device, triggers correct entry/exit geofence alerts, and replays routes with speed overlays.
