Flutter Food Delivery App

Experienced Flutter Developer / Development Team Wanted – Complete Food Delivery App

I am looking for an experienced Flutter + Backend developer or development team to customize an existing food delivery source code and deliver a fully production-ready application for the Libyan market.

I do NOT want an unfinished project or source code only.

The final result must be a complete, tested, production-ready system, deployed and working on both:

- Google Play Store
- Apple App Store

I am open to 3 options:

1. You already have a suitable ready-made source code.
2. You can search and recommend a suitable CodeCanyon source code.
3. You can review and customize an existing source code I provide, such as Go4Food or another suitable project.

Financial Model

I do NOT want the traditional percentage commission model.

I want:

Fixed Fee + Prepaid Wallet System

Restaurant

Restaurant tops up its wallet.

Example:

100 LYD wallet balance.

The platform deducts:

1 LYD per completed order

No percentage commission from the food order.

The amount must be configurable from Admin Dashboard.

Driver

Driver tops up his wallet.

Example:

50 LYD.

The platform deducts:

0.50 LYD per completed delivery

This must also be configurable from Admin Dashboard.

Delivery Fee

The delivery fee paid by the customer belongs 100% to the driver.

Example:

Food = 40 LYD
Delivery = 5 LYD
Total = 45 LYD

Driver earnings = 5 LYD.

Cash on Delivery

The system must correctly separate:

- Restaurant money
- Driver earnings
- Platform fees
- Cash collected
- Cash outstanding
- Settled cash

Example:

Customer pays 45 LYD cash.

System records:

40 LYD → Restaurant
5 LYD → Driver

The driver must have a configurable Cash Collection Limit.

Example:

300 LYD.

When the limit is reached, new COD orders are disabled until settlement.

Settlement

The system must support:

Driver → Restaurant

and preferably:

Driver → Collection Agent → Restaurant/Platform

Settlement must have:

- Pending
- Submitted
- Confirmed
- Rejected
- Completed

Every settlement must have a complete transaction history.

The following must be configurable from the Admin Dashboard without changing the source code:

- Restaurant fee per order
- Driver fee per order
- Delivery fee
- Delivery fee by distance
- Delivery fee by zone
- Driver cash limit
- Restaurant minimum wallet

- Credit limits
- Payment methods
- Wallet top-up methods
- Settlement rules

- Zones
- Commissions/fees if needed in the future

For example:

Restaurant fee: 1.00 → 1.50 LYD

must be changeable directly from Admin.

The system must include a proper financial ledger.

Every transaction must record:

Completed historical orders must not be recalculated when future fees are changed.

The project must not be considered complete when the source code is delivered.

The developer must also deploy and configure:

Testing & Acceptance

Before final payment, the complete system must be tested.

I am NOT looking for a developer to build the entire application from scratch.

I want to use an existing source code and customize it.

If major missing features require additional development, please clearly specify the additional cost before starting.
