Gabion manufacturer needs one app for operations + sales.
Operations: 4 roles (customer/staff/driver/admin) via access codes. Enquiries, orders (PO required), production with QC + raw-lot-to-truck traceability, inventory & stock ledger, dispatch with live driver GPS map and photo POD, GST invoices + credit notes with PDF, imprest claims, documents, design proposals, support tickets, feedback, customer self-service portal, internal feed, AI tender search/analysis, FCM push with deep links, offline queueing, English/Hindi.
CRM: 6 role tiers, 19 permissions, all enforced in Firestore rules. Leads (product lines, pipeline board, lead manager, 7-day trash, full-text search, CSV/XLSX import), 10-stage opportunities, quotations with map-picked FOR, signature capture and 2-page PDF, projects, tasks/calendar, tenders, receivables ageing, targets, competitors, DSAR, weekly review, 21-sheet Excel pack, WhatsApp inbox + broadcasts, Gmail sync, AI assistant, automation rules, FY turnover, audit log.
