Flutter Developer – Windows & Android UI/UX Component Library

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to help us build a new design system and reusable component package for our Flutter application.

The goal is to create a robust, deterministic, and feature-rich reusable UI foundation and technology stack that delivers a consistent user experience across Windows and Android. We rethink how components will be used with our system.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal developer should have strong experience with:

* Flutter and Dart
* Windows desktop application development with Flutter
* Android application development
* Responsive and adaptive UI development
* UI/UX implementation and design systems
* Reusable Flutter widgets and component libraries
* Custom controls, themes, layouts, animations, and interactions
* Consistent behaviour across different devices, resolutions, and platforms
* Clean, maintainable, and well-structured code

PROJECT SCOPE

You will work with us to design and develop a new Flutter UI/component package that will be used throughout our application.

The package should provide:

* Reusable and configurable UI components
* Consistent styling and interaction patterns
* Predictable/deterministic component behaviour
* Support for both Windows and Android
* Responsive layouts
* Strong keyboard, mouse, touch, and navigation support where applicable
* Easy integration into existing and future application features
* Good documentation and examples for developers

We value developers who understand that a component library is more than just visual styling. Components should be reliable, intuitive, maintainable, and designed around a strong user experience.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

* Building Flutter packages or internal design systems
* Desktop-first Flutter applications
* Complex custom widgets
* Flutter design systems
* Accessibility
* Performance optimization
* Automated widget and integration testing
* Figma or other UI/UX design tools

ASSESSMENT
The goal is to rethink a common or exquisite ERP workflow or component, not simply redesign an existing form.

We want to see:

* Strong UI/UX and product thinking
* Original ideas beyond traditional ERP screens
* A reusable Flutter component or workflow concept
* Good Windows desktop interaction
* Sensible adaptation to Android

A small working prototype is enough. We are more interested in the idea and quality of execution than the amount of functionality. You may showcase this in a video or similar approach.
