Florida Residential Electrical & Plumbing Schedules

I have a complete 1,400-sq-ft, three-bedroom, two-bath house plan ready in PDF format and now need the companion schedules that will let the design sail through permitting under the current Florida Building Code. Specifically, I’m looking for both the electrical load schedule and the plumbing schedule.

The electrical side must include accurate load calculations, a panel schedule matched to the home’s room layout, and any notes that will keep the inspector happy regarding AFCI/GFCI locations and energy-code lighting requirements. For plumbing, I’ll need a fixture count, pipe sizing, and a clear schedule that references the supply and DWV risers already shown on the plan.

You’ll receive the full PDF set the moment we start; if you prefer to pull it into Revit, AutoCAD, or another platform for clarity, that’s fine with me—just return the schedules in a format my GC and the building department can read (PDF or Excel is perfect). I’m happy to answer dimension or fixture questions quickly so you can keep momentum.

• Any supporting calcs or notes the permit reviewer will expect

Once the schedules match the plan and code, sealed I’ll sign off and release final payment.
