RFQ Quoting Spreadsheet Revamp

I have an existing Excel workbook that helps me respond to customer RFQs, but it has grown unwieldy. I need it streamlined into a clean, reliable tool that:

• Captures customer details and pricing information in clearly separated input areas
• Handles quantity-break logic through robust, transparent formulas
• Lets me tweak margins or other variables on the fly so I can generate fully customizable quotes
• Produces a detailed, itemized cost breakdown that’s ready to paste into an email or print as a PDF

You’ll start from my current file, reorganise the layout, rebuild or replace fragile formulas, and add any sensible data validation to prevent entry errors. A simple “quote” button or formatted sheet that pulls the numbers into a professional-looking, ready-to-send template would be ideal. If VBA or Power Query will make the workflow smoother, feel free to suggest and implement it; otherwise native Excel functions are fine.

Deliverable: a finished spreadsheet that opens with no warnings, needs no external add-ins, and lets me create a detailed quote in minutes rather than hours. I’ll consider the job complete once I can plug in new customer details and pricing data, choose quantity breaks, and instantly see an accurate, itemised quote ready for my client.
