Florida Residential Drainage Plan

I need a sealed drainage plan that will satisfy Florida residential permitting requirements for a single-family lot. The parcel is in Florida, so the design must reference the relevant county stormwater ordinance, Florida Building Code, and any applicable FEMA flood-zone considerations.

The end product should integrate cleanly into the overall site plan, showing surface grading, proposed inlets, pipe sizes, discharge points, and runoff calculations that demonstrate compliance with the allowable post-development flow rates.
