I am looking for a Florida-registered architect who can legally stamp drawings and guide them through local permitting. The core need is your professional license and experience with Florida Building Code; once engaged I will share the existing sketches and site information so you can confirm scope, advise on any missing details, and prepare a permit-ready set.

Typical deliverables will include:
• Signed and sealed architectural drawings suitable for submission to the authority having jurisdiction
• A brief code summary confirming compliance with the current Florida Building Code
• Up to two rounds of minor revisions based on plan-checker comments
