Florida Kitchen Remodel MEP Detailing

I already have the full layout for an Alteration Level 2 kitchen remodel and now need the matching electrical and plumbing sheets produced to current Florida Building Code.

On the electrical side the drawing must clearly lay out new lighting fixtures and the extra convenience outlets I’m adding, coordinated with the existing circuitry shown on the architectural background. Updated wiring is not a requirement right now, but please keep future upgrade paths in mind when arranging the circuits so we stay code-compliant and inspection-ready.

For plumbing, I need to show the existing supply, waste, and vent diagrams that tie into the existing stacks, plus any fixture relocation notes, all sized and annotated per FBC chapters and the latest energy and water-efficiency mandates.

I will provide the drawing, my appliance / fixture schedule, and field photos. You will return:

• Signed and dated electrical and plumbing plan sheets in PDF and DWG
• Load calculations, panel schedules, and riser diagrams where applicable
• A brief revision allowance in case the building department asks for tweaks

Experience with Florida jurisdictions is essential so the submittal sails through permitting the first time. If you can also offer professional sealing in Florida, please mention that in your proposal.
