PROJECT OVERVIEW

I am seeking an exceptionally thorough legal researcher, litigation analyst, experienced paralegal, or attorney to conduct an independent, document-by-document review of a Florida civil case from its beginning through the present.

This is primarily a case-record investigation and legal-research assignment. The selected expert must review the complete available docket, reconstruct the history of the litigation, compare the opposing party’s statements throughout the case, identify material discrepancies and evidentiary gaps, and research whether the identified facts could potentially support a new lawsuit or other legal remedy.

The final work will be provided to a Florida-licensed attorney for independent evaluation. The selected freelancer will not represent me in court, contact the opposing party, communicate with the court, or file documents on my behalf.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

The selected expert must:

• Review the complete publicly available court docket
• Read and analyze the underlying filings—not merely copy docket titles
• Prepare a complete chronological summary of the case
• Compare Duszka’s affidavits, interrogatory answers, testimony, pleadings, motions, admissions, and other statements
• Identify genuine contradictions, inconsistencies, omissions, unsupported allegations, and evidentiary gaps
• Review and compare the available documentary and digital-forensic evidence
• Identify evidence that may support my position or undermine Duszka’s allegations
• Research possible Florida claims or remedies that a Florida attorney should evaluate
• Identify legal and procedural barriers that may affect a potential new lawsuit

DOCUMENTS TO BE REVIEWED

The review must include all available:

• Complaints and amended complaints
• Answers and affirmative defenses
• Motions, responses, and replies
• Affidavits and verified filings
• Interrogatories and all answers or supplemental answers
• Requests for admissions and responses
• Discovery filings and produced documents
• Depositions, if available
• Hearing and trial testimony
• Exhibits, emails, messages, photographs, and videos
• Court orders and rulings
• Jury instructions, verdict, and final judgment
• Appellate filings and decisions
• Post-judgment and enforcement filings
• Independent digital-forensic report and related technical evidence

REQUIRED STATEMENT AND CONTRADICTION ANALYSIS

A central requirement is a detailed comparison of all material statements made by Duszka from the beginning of the case through the present.

The analysis must identify:

• Direct contradictions
• Possible inconsistencies
• Material changes in his version of events
• Interrogatory answers that conflict with affidavits or testimony
• Trial testimony that conflicts with earlier sworn statements
• Unsupported or uncorroborated allegations
• Material omissions
• Statements contradicted by documentary or forensic evidence
• Differences involving dates, locations, accounts, devices, videos, uploading, publication, responsibility, and alleged damages

Every finding must include an exact citation, such as:

• Docket entry number
• Document and page number
• Affidavit paragraph
• Interrogatory question and answer number
• Exhibit reference
• Transcript page and line

The researcher must distinguish a direct contradiction from a possible inconsistency, omission, unsupported allegation, or difference that may have an innocent explanation.

MILESTONE 1 — COMPLETE RECORD AUDIT AND CONTRADICTION ANALYSIS
Payment: $600

Required work:

• Review the complete available case record from beginning to present
• Prepare a detailed docket and document index
• Prepare a complete chronological case summary
• Identify missing documents, transcripts, exhibits, and evidence
• Compare Duszka’s affidavits, interrogatory answers, testimony, pleadings, admissions, and other statements
• Identify preliminary discrepancies, contradictions, unsupported claims, evidentiary gaps, and procedural irregularities
• Identify evidence that may support my position or undermine the opposing party’s allegations

Required deliverables:

1. Complete docket and document index
2. Detailed chronological case summary
3. Missing-document and evidence request list
4. Preliminary evidence matrix
5. Duszka statement-and-contradiction matrix
6. Preliminary discrepancy report
7. Source list containing exact docket and page citations
8. List of issues requiring deeper investigation

Milestone 2 will proceed only if Milestone 1 is complete and satisfactory.

MILESTONE 2 — DIGITAL-FORENSIC AND ADVANCED EVIDENCE ANALYSIS
Payment: $450

Required work:

• Review the independent digital-forensic report prepared by a former FBI investigator
• Compare the forensic findings with the allegations, affidavits, interrogatory answers, testimony, and exhibits
• Analyze available information concerning the disputed videos, accounts, devices, upload attribution, IP information, and alleged Florida connection
• Identify where the technical evidence supports, contradicts, or fails to confirm the allegations
• Identify potentially important evidence that was omitted, misunderstood, contradicted, or insufficiently developed
• Expand and finalize the discrepancy report and evidence matrix

Required deliverables:

1. Detailed forensic-evidence analysis
2. Expanded discrepancy report
3. Updated statement-and-contradiction matrix
4. Completed evidence matrix
5. List of potentially helpful evidence
6. List of unresolved factual and technical questions
7. Preliminary list of potential claims or remedies requiring Florida legal review

MILESTONE 3 — FINAL RESEARCH MEMORANDUM AND ATTORNEY BRIEFING PACKAGE
Payment: $450

Required work:

• Research potentially applicable Florida causes of action based on the identified facts
• Identify the evidence supporting or weakening each potential claim
• Research whether any post-judgment or other remedy may potentially remain available
• Research applicable deadlines and procedural barriers
• Prepare an organized briefing package for review by a Florida-licensed attorney

The procedural research must address, when applicable:

• Res judicata
• Collateral estoppel
• Statutes of limitation
• Compulsory-counterclaim requirements
• Litigation privilege
• Effect of the prior judgment and appeal
• Potential post-judgment remedies

Required deliverables:

1. Comprehensive final research memorandum citing relevant Florida legal authorities
2. Final evidence and contradiction matrices
3. Potential-claims and supporting-evidence chart
4. Procedural-barriers and deadlines analysis
5. Executive summary for a Florida-licensed attorney
6. Organized source and document list
7. Final consultation to explain the findings

The final report must clearly distinguish:

• Confirmed facts supported by the record
• Allegations made by the parties
• Direct contradictions
• Possible inconsistencies and omissions
• Factual observations
• Potential legal theories
• Matters requiring a Florida-licensed attorney’s opinion

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated experience reviewing complex civil-litigation records
• Strong legal research and analytical-writing skills
• Experience with affidavits, interrogatories, depositions, testimony, discovery, and trial records
• Ability to prepare detailed evidence and contradiction matrices
• Familiarity with Florida civil procedure and legal-research authorities
• Experience analyzing digital-forensic evidence is strongly preferred
• Florida Bar membership is preferred but not required for this research-only role
• Excellent attention to detail and precise source citation

10. A brief description of how you will organize and perform the review.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

• Only Milestone 1 will be funded initially.
• Each milestone must be completed and reviewed before the next milestone is activated.
• Generic summaries, AI-generated filler, or copied docket descriptions will not be accepted.
• Every material finding must be supported by an exact source citation.
• The selected freelancer must maintain strict confidentiality.
• No personal court-system password will be provided. The researcher must use the public docket and documents supplied through the project.
• The freelancer must not communicate with the court, opposing party, witnesses, or prior counsel without express written authorization.
• No outcome is guaranteed or expected. The purpose is to produce accurate research and evidence analysis for review by qualified Florida counsel.
