Solar BD & Origination Expert

I need an experienced business-development professional who can open doors for commercial-scale solar projects across the Western India region. The immediate priorities are twofold: first, generate a steady flow of qualified EPC and IPP leads; second, secure strategic partnerships with energy producers, manufacturers and technology providers that can accelerate project timelines.

You’ll be free to tap your own network, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry events or any other proven channels, but every contact must be documented in a shared CRM so I can track progress in real time. Weekly check-ins will keep us aligned on pipeline quality, next-step actions and any support you require from my side.

Acceptance criteria
• A vetted list of at least 25 new EPC or IPP prospects within the first four weeks, complete with key decision-maker contact details and project size indicators.
• Memorandums of understanding (or equivalent proof of interest) initiated with a minimum of three potential partners—one each from an energy producer, a manufacturer and a technology provider—within eight weeks.
• Clear reporting that shows outreach volume, response rates and conversion milestones.
