Flexible Hours Insurance Advisor Role

I’m growing my insurance team across Salem and I’m focused on bringing on board motivated Advisors who want the freedom to set their own schedule. You choose your working hours, whether that means a steady part-time rhythm or fitting client meetings around existing commitments.

What you’ll enjoy with us
• Robust marketing and sales support so you’re never starting from zero when you prospect
• Streamlined administrative and IT support that lets you concentrate on building relationships instead of paperwork
• Attractive, performance-based incentives and a clear path to move up if full-time leadership interests you later

Ideal background
Ambition and people skills matter more than prior insurance experience. Fresh graduates, experienced sales professionals, housewives looking for flexible income, and retired executives who want to stay active have all thrived in this role.

Location
Our hub office is in Hasthampatti, Salem, but you’ll operate all over the Salem region.
