Flash Software for Adult Education

I need a standalone Flash-based application that delivers clear, engaging educational content to an adult audience. The goal is to package my existing training material into an intuitive program that runs smoothly on any desktop browser with the Flash plug-in enabled.

Core objectives
• Structure the course into logically sequenced modules with simple menu navigation.
• Incorporate text, images, and short video clips where they support understanding.
• Track user progress locally so learners can pause and return without losing their place.
• Provide unobtrusive controls for volume, replay, and full-screen viewing.

Technical expectations
ActionScript 3 is preferred for longevity and better code organization, but I am open to a solid AS2 solution if you can justify it. The final SWF, all source files (FLA, AS), and clear build instructions are required.

Timeline
Once we agree on the outline, I would like a working prototype within two weeks and the polished, tested release a week after that.
