Fix Wireless Printing & PDFs

I need someone who can jump in remotely and sort out two nagging problems for me:

1) My laptop refuses to talk to the wireless printer. The network sees other devices just fine, yet every time I try to print nothing goes through. I’d like you to check drivers, Wi-Fi settings, and the printer’s own network configuration so the machine shows up reliably and accepts jobs without a hitch.

2) PDFs are displaying incorrectly on both my laptop and my iPhone. Files stored in iCloud Drive and OneDrive sometimes open with missing characters or shifted formatting. The aim is to have every document render the same way on both devices, whether I view them in Acrobat, Preview, or the native Files app.
