Fix VS Code & Zephyr Setup

VS Code on my Windows machine became mis-configured after a failed uninstall/reinstall, and my STM32F4 board will no longer enter a debug session under the latest stable Zephyr. Compile and flash still work, so the tool-chain is there; it is the IDE integration that is broken.

The session will be live over a screen-share, so you will walk me through:

• Cleaning up every leftover piece of the previous VS Code + Zephyr install.
• Re-installing VS Code in a way that matches Zephyr’s recommended layout, adding the correct extensions and CMake/West integrations.
• Restoring full build-flash-debug capability for the STM32F4 kit, including OpenOCD/GDB settings and launch configurations.
• Confirming that my earlier PowerShell-based Zephyr install, located in a different folder, still builds and flashes without conflicts.

I will have the board connected and drivers ready before we start. Once we can hit “Debug” in VS Code and step through firmware on the STM32F4, the job is done.
