Fix Merchant Center Suspension

My Shopify-based catalogue was hit with a “Misrepresentation of self or product” suspension inside Google Merchant Center EIGHT MONTHS AGO and all of my Shopping listings went dark. I have already opened a case with Google support, combed through policy documentation, and cleaned up obvious issues in the feed, but the account is still locked. At this point I need someone who lives and breathes Google Merchant Center policy, data-feed optimisation, and Shopify integration to diagnose the exact trigger and guide the account back to full approval.

You’ll start by running a thorough compliance audit across the feed, shipping & returns pages, business information, and the on-site customer journey. Once the root cause is clear, I’ll rely on you to correct the data or on-store elements, prepare the strongest possible appeal, and see the process through until the products are showing live again in Google Shopping.

• Confirmation that the Merchant Center account returns to Active status and products surface in Shopping results

Experience with GMC policy enforcement, feed apps, and Shopify’s backend is essential. The project is complete only when the suspension is lifted and products are visible again.
