Fix Instagram-Facebook Page Link

I manage a Facebook Page that refuses to stay connected to its matching Instagram account. I have already walked through every standard step—unlinking, relinking, checking Page roles, Business Suite options, Account Center settings—yet the connection never completes. On both my phone and desktop I get inconsistent results: Safari and Firefox sometimes throw a vague error, other times the dialog simply closes without linking.

What I need is a Meta-backend-savvy specialist who can:
• diagnose why this specific Page–Instagram handshake is failing
• walk me through or remotely apply the correct permissions, Business Suite configurations, or Account Center tweaks so the link shows as active and allows cross-posting
