Fix Google Jobs Indexing

I run a WordPress-based job board that already uses the official JobPosting schema and is verified in Search Console, yet our vacancies never appear in Google Jobs. I need an experienced technical SEO who can quickly pinpoint what is blocking visibility, implement the necessary fixes, and prove the jobs are finally surfacing.

My schema is active, but something in the implementation, crawling, or feed delivery is clearly off. You’ll need to dive into the current markup plugin (or custom code), inspect sitemaps, test with the Rich Results Test, monitor Search Console JobPosting reports, and ensure all Google guidelines—expiration handling, valid dates, salary, location, no-index rules, etc.—are met. If a plugin limitation is the culprit, please recommend or configure a better alternative.

Deliverables:
• Written audit outlining every issue discovered and the specific correction applied
• Updated schema and any theme / plugin adjustments pushed to production
• Confirmation in Search Console (screenshots or shared access) that jobs are eligible and impressions begin to register in the Job listings report
