We’re facing post-upgrade performance issues in our ERP system after updating to Angular 20.3.19 for the frontend and ASP.NET Web API 2 with .NET Framework 4.7.2 for the backend. Pages, data grids, and API response times are significantly slower than in the previous version.

Scope of Work:
1. Diagnose and resolve frontend rendering, change detection, bundle size issues, API latency problems, and database query inefficiencies.
2. Review Angular upgrade for potential misconfigurations (e.g., standalone components, zoneless change detection, signals migration).
3. Optimize reusable address dropdowns (LOV), especially for large datasets (~100k+ records), in forms across modules (multi forms).
4. Streamline PDF generation via PuppeteerSharp & Razor Engine for reduced latency on initial and subsequent requests.
5. Landed page or main page comes very slow (https://linkedscam.com) with uploaded pictures.

Deliverables:
- Root cause analysis report.
- Optimized code with measurable improvements in loading times and responsiveness across all modules.
- Before-and-after performance benchmarks.
- Documentation detailing changes applied and how they were implemented.

Requirements:
- Expertise in Angular 17+ (preferably Angular 20 signals/zoneless change detection).
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Web API development and database query optimization on SQL Server.
- Familiarity with performance tools like Lighthouse, MiniProfiler, and dotTrace.

Key Preferences:
- Experience working with ERP systems or large-scale enterprise apps.
- Proven track record of improving app interoperability at scale.

Budget: Flexible—depending on proposed solutions and deliverables.
