Senior Full-Stack Developer Needed to Complete Existing Web Platform

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to take over and complete an existing web-based management platform.

The project is approximately 75% completed and is already deployed on a development server.

Current Technology Stack

* Frontend: Next.js 14, React, TypeScript
* Backend/API: NestJS
* Database: PostgreSQL + Prisma
* Languages: Arabic & English (RTL/LTR)
* Deployment: VPS, PM2, nginx
* CI/CD: Automated deployment pipeline
* Existing Integrations:
* V5L fingerprint/attendance device
* WhatsApp
* Email
* Google Gemini AI for document extraction and letter drafting

Current Project Status

Approximately 75% of the system has already been developed.

We are not looking to rebuild the system from scratch.

The selected developer will take over the existing source code, review the current implementation, improve the required areas, and complete the remaining work.

Scope of Work

The main tasks include:

1. Technical Review & Code Audit
* Review the existing frontend and backend architecture.
* Review database structure and Prisma schema.
* Identify technical issues, incomplete components, and bugs.
* Confirm that the existing codebase can be maintained and extended.
2. Code Refactoring & Restructuring
* Restructure parts of the existing system where necessary.
* Improve code organization and maintainability.
* Fix existing bugs and technical issues.
* Maintain compatibility with existing features and data.
3. Development of Two Remaining Sections
* Complete and develop two additional system sections/modules.
* Integrate them with the existing backend, database, permissions, and user interface.
* Detailed requirements will be provided to the selected developer.
4. Main Dashboard / Home Page
* Design and develop a professional main dashboard.
* Provide users with relevant information, statistics, notifications, and quick access to system functions.
* Dashboard content should respect each user’s role and permissions.
5. Final Testing & Quality Assurance
* Full frontend and backend testing.
* Arabic/English testing.
* RTL/LTR testing.
* Role and permission testing.
* API and database testing.
* Integration testing.
* Responsive/mobile testing.
* Bug fixing.
* Final User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Production readiness review.

Important Requirements

The developer must have strong experience with:

* Next.js
* React
* TypeScript
* NestJS
* Prisma
* PostgreSQL
* REST APIs
* Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
* VPS deployment
* nginx / PM2
* Git and CI/CD
* Third-party API integrations

Experience with attendance/fingerprint devices, WhatsApp APIs, AI integrations, and Arabic RTL systems will be considered an advantage.

Development Approach

The existing system and source code must be reviewed before proposing major architectural changes.

The project should NOT be rebuilt from scratch unless a serious technical issue is identified, documented, and approved by us in advance.

The developer must preserve all existing working functionality and data.

Suggested Milestones

Milestone 1 — Technical Audit & Project Assessment
Review the existing system and provide a technical assessment and final completion plan.

Milestone 2 — Restructuring & Bug Fixing
Refactor the required areas and resolve existing issues.

Milestone 3 — Remaining Modules
Develop and integrate the two remaining sections.

Milestone 4 — Main Dashboard
Design and implement the new home/dashboard page.

Milestone 5 — Final QA, UAT & Production Release
Complete system testing, resolve remaining bugs, optimize the system, and prepare the final production release.

Ownership & Handover

All development must be committed to the project’s official repository.

All source code, database changes, migrations, configuration changes, documentation, and deployment updates produced during the project will remain the exclusive property of the project owner.

The final milestone will be approved only after successful testing and handover.
