Find & Install WordPress Template

I’m setting up a new WordPress site and need someone to take care of the theme side from start to finish. I don’t yet have a template, so the first step will be helping me identify a well-supported, modern WordPress template that fits a clean corporate look. Once we agree on the theme, I simply want it installed on my hosting—no extra design or functionality tweaks at this stage.

Deliverables
• Present 2-3 viable WordPress templates with links to live demos and theme authors
• Install the selected template on my existing WordPress instance (cPanel access will be provided)
• Import any demo content needed so the site matches the preview
• Hand over admin credentials and a brief “how-to” on changing basic settings
