Financial Services Marketing & Growth Team

Marketing Agency / Growth Team Needed for Financial Services Company

We are an established financial services company looking for a long-term marketing agency or team to serve as an outsourced marketing department.

We want to start with a smaller monthly retainer, prove the relationship, and expand the scope over time.

Core capabilities needed:

• GoHighLevel CRM, funnels, workflows, automation, email, SMS, calendars, and pipelines
• AI marketing tools, AI agents, lead nurturing, and database reactivation
• Meta advertising, including Facebook and Instagram campaign management
• Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other paid media when appropriate
• Social media content, short-form video, graphics, reels, and distribution
• Landing pages, webinar funnels, lead generation, and appointment funnels
• Analytics, tracking, reporting, and conversion optimization

Financial services experience is strongly preferred, especially with financial advisors, insurance, wealth management, or other regulated industries.

We are looking for a coordinated team with expertise in strategy, paid media, GoHighLevel, automation, copywriting, design, video, social media, and project management.

Our goal is to build a predictable marketing system that generates qualified leads, books appointments, nurtures prospects, creates consistent content, and uses AI and automation to improve efficiency.

When applying, please include:

• Your GoHighLevel experience
• Examples of Meta campaigns you have managed
• AI or automation systems you have built
• Financial services experience
• Who would work on our account
• Your recommended monthly retainer structure

Please begin your response with “Growth Team” so we know you reviewed the project.

We are not looking for the lowest bidder. We are looking for a capable, responsive team that can grow with us over the long term.
