Financial PDF Data to Excel

I have a batch of customer PDFs that combine written information with detailed financial figures. I need every element lifted cleanly into a single Excel workbook, organised so the text fields sit beside the corresponding numbers in well-structured tables, and the key financial metrics automatically display as clear, editable charts on separate sheets.
Accuracy is crucial—the numbers must match the source exactly and retain their original formatting (currency symbols, decimals, negatives). Please title each sheet logically and apply consistent cell styles so the file is presentation-ready.
Deliverables
• One Excel workbook containing:
– Complete tables of all text and numeric data from each PDF
– Dynamic charts reflecting the financial data (bar, line or pie where relevant)
• Any script, macro or tool configuration you use, so I can refresh the file if new PDFs arrive.
If you plan to use Power Query, Python (tabula, camelot, pdfplumber) or VBA, just let me know so I can replicate the environment on my side.
