Help clients effectively manage their resources to meet both daily obligations and larger goals, such as saving for retirement or purchasing a home
Stay current with financial trends, market changes, and budgeting strategies to offer clients the most relevant coaching
Monitor and adjust financial plans as needed, ensuring clients stay on track and adapt to any life changes or shifts in financial goals

Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Coach, or similar role with a track record of successful client outcomes
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
Skills: Strong analytical abilities for interpreting financial data and offering well-grounded, data-based coaching
Communication: Proficient in English and local language, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with database systems and strong PC skills
