Manual Cash-Flow Data Entry

I have a series of cash-flow statements that must be transcribed by hand into spreadsheets. The master template is already built and I’ll share it once we start; your task is to key every figure into the correct cells exactly as shown, double-checking totals and subtotals so the sheet reconciles without formula errors.

The source files arrive as scanned PDFs, one statement per month, and cover roughly a two-year period. No automation or OCR, please—this is a meticulous copy-type job where accuracy matters more than speed.

Deliverable: the completed template returned in Excel (or Google Sheets if you prefer) with every month on its own tab and the year-to-date summary updating correctly. I will spot-check against the originals; variances above a rounding difference will be sent back for correction.

When you reply, highlight your experience doing manual entry for financial documents and mention the quality-control steps you normally follow. A concise note is fine; portfolios or lengthy proposals aren’t necessary right now.
