# Project Manager (PMP / PRINCE2 Certified) — Financial Ledger Application

## Project Overview
We are developing **AegisCore**, a financial ledger application for a financial institution. The system is built with a **React frontend**, a **.NET backend**, and an **MSSQL database**, and includes modules for transaction/statement import, reconciliation, customer and invoice management, and reporting.

We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager holding a PMP or PRINCE2 (or equivalent) certification** to oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of the remaining project scope.

## Responsibilities
- Own the project plan, timeline, and milestone tracking for the remaining development phases
- Coordinate between developers, QA, and stakeholders at the financial institution
- Manage scope, risk, and change control using PMP/PRINCE2 methodology
- Facilitate sprint planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance expectations for a financial-sector application
- Identify and mitigate risks/blockers throughout the development lifecycle
- Maintain clear documentation (project charter, RAID log, status reports, etc.)

## Requirements
- **PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (required)**
- Proven experience managing software development projects, ideally fintech or financial services
- Strong communication skills — able to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar
- English proficiency (written and spoken)

## Nice to Have
- Prior experience with financial ledger, accounting, or banking systems
- Familiarity with React/.NET development workflows (not hands-on coding, but enough to understand technical discussions)
