Finalize Site Plan for Permit

I already drafted a site plan in AutoCAD that is about 90–95 % complete for an existing building here in Clermont County, Ohio. My sole objective is to secure a retroactive building permit, so every line on the drawing has to pass the county’s current checklist. Only the site layout itself needs attention—there are no utility, structural, electrical, or plumbing details to add or verify.

What I need from you
• Open my DWG, review it against Clermont County’s published requirements, and flag anything missing.
• Add or correct setbacks, dimensions, parking counts, ingress/egress, easements, landscaping outlines, north arrow, scale bar, legend, and any other notes the county expects.
• Keep everything on organized layers so the plan prints cleanly at the required scale.
• Coordinate with me on any clarifications, then deliver a submission-ready plan in both DWG and PDF formats.

Acceptance criteria
The plan must satisfy Clermont County, Ohio building-permit standards on first review, be fully editable in AutoCAD, and include a print-ready PDF I can upload or plot without further tweaks.
