My e-commerce site is already online, yet shoppers keep running into a mix of design/layout quirks and outright functionality errors. I need an IT expert who can step in, audit the existing build, and get everything working—and looking—the way it should.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Identify and resolve every functionality error that stops customers from browsing, adding to cart, or checking out.
• Rework the layout so pages render cleanly and consistently on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Tweak CSS/HTML where elements overlap, break, or mis-align, without affecting SEO tags already in place.
• Validate that payment gateways, shipping calculators, and dynamic price updates behave correctly after your fixes.
• Hand back a changelog so I know exactly what was adjusted.
I’m not asking for fresh content updates right now, but if the clean-up touches the homepage, product listings, or checkout views, make sure those areas remain fully functional and visually coherent.
Once you’re done, I’ll run a short acceptance test: all key pages must load without console errors, checkout must process a live test order, and the site must pass Google Mobile-Friendly Test.
If you’ve tightened up other online stores before and can move quickly, let’s talk.
