Finalize ESP32 PoE Speaker PCB

The open-source ESP32-PoE smart speaker at https://github.com/74kumi/Esp32-Poe-HA-Speaker is almost there, but the hardware still needs a professional touch. I need the schematic refined, a clean multilayer PCB layout produced, and a realistic parts list pulled together so I can move straight to fabrication.

Here’s what remains on my side:
• Polish the existing KiCad schematic—verify PoE isolation, audio amp section, mic routing, and any level-shifting.
• Lay out a production-ready board that respects antenna keep-outs, differential pair lengths, and overall compactness.
• Build a complete BOM with in-stock alternates and supplier links, keeping an eye on lead times.

KiCad is already in the repo, but Altium Designer or Eagle are fine if you return export files I can merge back. Along with the updated source files, I’ll need Gerbers, drill data, a 3D STEP model, and brief build notes outlining anything critical for assembly or testing.

Firmware and functional testing are on my plate; hardware completion is yours. Tell me your timeline and any info you need to get started, and we can wrap this board up.
