I'm looking for a talented book cover designer for my crime fiction book.

I already have a very clear vision and concept for the cover, and I’ll be providing a few reference designs/images to help you understand the exact direction I’m looking for. So, I’m not looking for someone to completely develop the concept from scratch. However, I would like some creative brainstorming and refinement wherever required to make the final design stronger and more professional.

The project will include:

• Front cover
• Spine
• Back cover
• Custom graphics/elements within the cover
• Professional typography and overall composition suitable for a published novel

One important requirement is that I do not want a purely AI-generated cover. I can generate AI visuals myself if needed. What I’m primarily looking for is a designer who can create or work with high-quality graphics, composition, editing, manipulation, and professional design elements to make the cover look genuinely polished and publication-ready.

If you do use AI-generated elements, that’s not necessarily a problem. If you have a way to enhance, edit, integrate, or transform them into something that looks professional and original, I’m open to discussing it. Please feel free to show me how you would approach it.

Since the concept is already quite clear, I’m mainly looking for someone who can understand the vision quickly, execute efficiently, and bring the idea to a professional level without unnecessary back-and-forth.

I’m specifically looking for someone with actual experience designing covers for novels/books, rather than a general graphic designer.

I already have the concept and references ready, so once we connect, I can share them with you and explain the vision in detail.

Looking forward to seeing your work and quotation.
