Enchanting Children’s Fantasy Story

I’m creating a children’s book filled with wonder and magic and need a polished manuscript that captivates young readers from the very first page. The story should be light-hearted and imaginative, with a clear beginning, middle, and end, vivid settings, and memorable characters who spark curiosity and empathy. Whimsical language, gentle humor, and a sprinkle of suspense will keep little listeners eager for the next page-turn.

Scope of work
• Develop a complete narrative of roughly 1,200–1,500 words (picture-book length).
• Introduce a magical conflict and a satisfying, uplifting resolution.
• Provide a brief character list and a scene-by-scene outline alongside the final draft so illustrators can visualize the action.
• Deliver the manuscript in an editable Word or Google Docs file, proof-read and ready for layout.

Acceptance criteria
• Age-appropriate vocabulary that reads aloud smoothly.
• Consistent point of view and a clear moral thread without sounding preachy.
• Original content; no AI-generated passages left unedited or recycled plots.
• Two rounds of revisions included so the pacing, tone, or word count can be fine-tuned.
