Amazon FBA Bookkeeping & Profitability Analysis – First 50 Units

I am looking for an experienced Amazon FBA bookkeeper/accountant to organize and analyze the financials of my first Amazon product launch.

Background

* I initially purchased 50 units and sent them to Amazon FBA.
* All 50 units have now been sold.
* I have already reordered 240 units.
* Before continuing with the next order, I want to properly review the financial performance of the first 50 units and confirm whether the product is actually profitable.

What I Need

I need you to:

1. Organize all income and expenses related to the first 50 units.
2. Reconcile Amazon sales and payouts.
3. Account for:
* Product purchasing cost
* International shipping/freight
* Customs/import costs, if applicable
* Amazon FBA fees
* Referral fees
* Storage/fulfillment fees
* Advertising/PPC costs
* Amazon refunds/returns
* Other related expenses
4. Calculate the true total cost of the first 50 units.
5. Calculate:
* Revenue
* Total expenses
* Net profit/loss
* Profit per unit
* Profit margin %
* Amazon fees as a percentage of sales
* Advertising cost and impact on profitability
6. Reconcile the numbers with my Amazon Seller Central reports and bank/payment records.
7. Prepare a clear summary showing whether the first 50 units were profitable or not.
8. Give me a simple assessment of whether the economics look safe enough to continue with the next 240 units.

Deliverable

I want a clean bookkeeping file (preferably Excel/Google Sheets) containing:

* Sales
* Costs
* Amazon fees
* Advertising
* Other expenses
* Profit/loss
* Per-unit economics
* Final profitability summary

I also want a short written conclusion explaining the results in simple terms.

Important

This is the first 50 units only. I want to establish an accurate baseline before analyzing the next 240-unit order.

The freelancer should have proven experience with Amazon FBA bookkeeping and Seller Central financial reports, not only general bookkeeping.
