Factory PEB Design & Detailing

I have a new factory project that will use a pre-engineered steel building, and I need complete structural design and detailing support from concept right through to fabrication. The scope includes:

• Structural analysis of the entire industrial building frame, accounting for all service loads and local wind/seismic requirements
• Connection design with clear calculation sheets
• A 3D model suitable for clash checks and CNC extraction (Tekla Structures or an equivalent steel detailing platform)
• General arrangement drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings, and an accurate bill of materials in both DWG and PDF formats

Files must be ready for direct release to the fabricator, so bolt lists, plate summaries, and part numbering should already be coordinated. Please indicate which software you will use and share at least one similar factory PEB project you have delivered so I can verify drawing style and level of detail.

I will review progress at key milestones—model freeze, GA approval, and final fabrication issue—so clear, frequent communication is important. If you are experienced in industrial PEBs and can meet standard steel codes while working efficiently, I look forward to collaborating with you.
