Facial Cleanser & Skin Serum Formulations Needed

I’m ready to launch a small-batch skin-care line and need a cosmetic chemist who can create:

• one gel facial cleanser that works for every skin type yet stays gentle enough for the most sensitive complexions. I want a sulfate-free system and a medium, easy-to-dispense viscosity—no runny gels or dense jellies. The formula must cleanse without stripping, keep the skin’s barrier intact, and leave a calm, comfortable finish.

• four targeted serums:
– Collagen-boosting for firmer, plumper skin
– Bright Glow to even tone and add radiance
– Age-Defying with visible smoothing of fine lines
– Moisturizing Barrier Reinforcer to lock in hydration and support the lipid mantle

I’ll need complete, ready-for-manufacture formulations with INCI names, phase-by-phase method, recommended actives, preservative system, pH range, and stability guidance. Small-scale lab samples or clear instructions for a 1 kg pilot batch will serve as proof of concept; I’ll run my own panel once those land.
