Faceless YouTube Shorts Channel Manager - Full Production, Organic Growth & YPP

I am looking for one experienced YouTube Shorts specialist to personally build and operate a faceless channel with the goal of reaching YouTube Partner Program monetization through organic growth.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will manage the complete Shorts workflow: niche and competitor research, content ideas, scripts, voiceovers, commercially usable visuals, editing, captions, sound, titles, descriptions, tags/hashtags, uploading, scheduling, comment monitoring and analytics. I expect one original Short per day.
The content must be original, engaging and compliant with YouTube copyright, reused-content and monetization policies. No bots, fake engagement, copied compilations or mass-produced low-quality AI content.
INITIAL PAID TEST
- 10 original Shorts published over 10 consecutive days.
- Fixed test budget: $100 total.
- One reasonable revision per Short.
- Editable source/project files and full commercial usage rights.
- Final performance report covering views, retention, average percentage viewed, viewed-versus-swiped rate, subscribers gained and recommendations for the next 30 days.
- Two milestones: $50 after the first five approved Shorts and $50 after the remaining five Shorts and final report.
If the test succeeds, this can become ongoing work and potentially a full-time position. Compensation will increase after the channel becomes monetized and generates consistent revenue.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- You must personally perform the work. No delegation, agency staff or subcontractors without my written approval.
- Channel access will be provided through the appropriate YouTube Studio role.
REQUIRED PROOF
Send 2-3 exact YouTube channel URLs and 3-5 Shorts you personally created or managed. For each example, state your exact role, dates, whether you personally published it, and the measurable result. Include dated analytics evidence showing retention and growth. Explain whether any channel reached YPP while you managed it.
Also answer:
1. Which AI tools and exact models do you use for research, scripts, voice, images/video and editing? What percentage of each Short is AI-generated versus manually created or edited?
2. How do you prevent copyright claims, reused-content problems and generic AI output?
3. What are your computer specifications: CPU, GPU, RAM, storage and operating system?
4. What are your normal upload/download speeds, and what backup internet and power do you have?
5. Can you reliably export and upload one 1080x1920 Short every day?
