"14th Day" YouTube Series Creation

My project is a series of 14 YouTube videos based on my book, “The 14th Day of the First Month,” which examines the timing of Jesus’ Last Supper and death. I believe I have solved a puzzle that has remained unresolved for more than 1,800 years. The videos will serve as companion to the book. Biblical knowledge is preferred, but familiarity with this specific topic is not required.
Narration for all 14 videos is complete in Word. Each script is 5–16 pages, usually about 10, and contains text, Scripture passages, and tables. Videos will likely run 10–15 minutes. I will appear briefly in each introduction and conclusion, while the main content displays text and tables. Words and passages should be highlighted as I narrate. No music or outside video clips are planned.
I began learning PowerPoint to produce the videos myself, but after spending about 18 months on the project, I am considering hiring someone. I prefer PowerPoint, but I'm open to alternatives.
You may quote the first two videos as a trial or estimate the complete series. My maximum budget is $100 per video, and I prefer to work with someone based in the United States.
