I am looking for a reliable freelancer based in South Africa to conduct product-demand testing using Facebook Marketplace.
The work involves:
* Publishing product listings on Facebook Marketplace using your own active and fully functioning Facebook account.
* Following detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) exactly.
* Using the product titles, descriptions, photographs, prices and locations supplied.
* Monitoring and recording enquiries received for each listing.
* Responding to enquiries using approved response templates.
* Entering results accurately into a shared spreadsheet.
* Reporting any listing restrictions, removals or account issues immediately.
Essential requirements:
* You must currently live in South Africa.
* You must have your own established Facebook account with working access to Facebook Marketplace in South Africa.
* Your Marketplace account must be able to create and publish listings successfully.
* Strong written and spoken English.
* Able to follow detailed instructions consistently.
* Reliable internet access and regular availability.
* Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
* Comfortable using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
This is market-demand research. The objective is to measure genuine customer interest in different physical goods. You will not be required to purchase products, hold inventory or meet customers. You must not make unsupported promises to potential customers or alter the supplied listing information without approval.
The successful applicant will begin with a small paid trial. Further ongoing work may be available if the listings are published correctly and the results are recorded accurately.
