You will handle everything from research to launch and ongoing optimisation, ensuring the ads speak directly to investors seeking financing opportunities.
Key deliverables:
• Audience research and segmentation tailored to real estate investors
• Compelling ad copy, eye-catching creative, and A/B variants
• Campaign setup in Ads Manager, including pixel events and custom lead forms
• Continuous performance tuning with clear weekly reports on lead volume and cost per lead
All leads must be captured via Facebook’s native forms and delivered to my CRM or a shared sheet in real time.
